- Children & young people up to and including 14 years accompanied by an adult (up to 12 children)
- Nursery groups
- Students of Freie Universität Berlin from Mon-Fri (except public holidays)
- Apprentices and students in the context of registered courses accompanied by a teacher
- Members of the Association of Friends of the Botanic Garden and Botanical Museum
- Members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) and the German Museums Association
- Accompanying persons of severely disabled persons (1 person with a ‘B’ licence)
- Accompanying persons from nursery groups and school classes (max. 2 persons with school certificate)

- Bundesfreiwilligendienst (BFD), Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr (FSJ) or Freiwilliges Ökologisches Jahr (FÖJ)
- Persons who receive transfer benefits (citizen's allowance, basic income support or benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act).
- Severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of at least 50 'GdB'
- Visitors in closed groups of 12 people or more
- Holders of the Volunteer Pass/Youth Leader Card JULEICA from the states of Berlin and Brandenburg
- Visitors after 17:00
